About Vanquish

Vanquish Holdings Inc. is a fast-growing licensed cannabis producer (LP) based in Agassiz, BC, with products distributed across Canada.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team and work closely with our COO to oversee and improve our day-to-day operations.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, systems, accountability and efficiency. We are looking for someone who can understand our current operation, identify areas for improvement and help implement better systems as we continue to grow.

Key responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day operations alongside our COO
Work closely with managers across production, packaging, warehouse, vault and quality
Improve operational systems, processes and workflows
Monitor labour costs, productivity and staffing
Improve inventory and vault management
Develop and monitor operational KPIs




Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Improve communication and accountability between departments
Support production planning and scheduling
Build scalable systems as the company continues to grow

Experience Robust operations and management experience is required.

Previous experience working within a licensed cannabis producer (LP) or micro facility is preferred.

Experience with labour management, inventory and vault systems, production planning, quality, compliance, SOPs and operational systems would be considered a strong asset.

Compensation

$85,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
