As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance and cleanliness within our residence.

You will initiate preventative strategies, manage both internal staff and external vendors, and respond to urgent maintenance requests. Your leadership will directly affect residents’ comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct preventative maintenance for all facilities
- Quickly tackle maintenance requests from residents and staff
