Your role is integral in maintaining operational flow and ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage job distribution among service staff
- Review repair orders to ensure completeness
- Guide technicians and apprentices in diagnostics
- Evaluate and suggest tooling requirements
- Relay customer feedback to management for improvement Requirements:
- 5+ years of heavy-duty service technician experience
- Journeyman certificate required
- Class 1 driver's license considered beneficial
- Forklift license is an asset
