This position offers a full time engagement in prosecuting provincial offences.The Advanced Projects and Traffic Office is searching for a proactive Provincial Prosecutor to manage a caseload within Alberta's court system. This role demands strong decision-making skills and the ability to build professional relationships within the justice community.

You’ll represent the Crown, assess legal situations, and negotiate outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Alberta in judicial proceedings
- Review and determine the viability of various prosecution cases
- Collaborate with defence counsel on case resolutions
- Draft and submit required legal documents for trials
- Address disclosure requests efficiently Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Criminology, or relevant field
- Four years of progressively responsible experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent
- Understanding of relevant provincial and criminal laws
