Line Cook

We’re looking for a reliable, well-rounded cook to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen, working across stations and contributing to a consistent, high-quality service.

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of kitchen experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Solid fundamentals — knife skills, timing, organization
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Nice to have

- Experience with higher-end or from-scratch kitchens
- Comfort working multiple stations
- Oyster shucking
- Interest in developing butchery or seafood skills
