Line Cook |Part-Time

We are looking for a professional and passionate Line Cook to join our growing team at MATI

MATI is a modern steak and seafood restaurant focused on exceptional ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and genuine hospitality. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within a strong team.

Responsibilities

- Execute dishes consistently according to Mati's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Work closely with the chef team during busy services
- Assist with daily prep and mise en place
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture

Requirements

- 3+ years of cooking experience in a quick-paced kitchen
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and work clean during service
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds when required




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary training is an asset but not required
- Open full-time availability
