We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that our guests receive delicious and safe dining experiences.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations,



including cleaning equipment and utensils after use.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of food handling techniques and food safety practices.
- Experience in meal preparation within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
