In addition to VFD's, we also do DC drives, soft starts, servo controls and PLC systems.What you will be doingThe Supply Chain Manager oversees the entire flow of goods and services, ensuring timely production, cost efficiency, and quality delivery from vendors to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory and Logistics ManagementMonitoring stock levels, managing warehouse operations, and optimizing transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.Improving inventory accuracy, inventory turns, space and cash flow, and preventing potential write-offs.Procurement and Vendor ManagementSelecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to secure quality materials at competitive prices.Developing and managing relationships with key suppliers globally to improve cost, on-time delivery, and quality.Monitoring vendor performance to ensure products meet quality standards.Production CoordinationAligning production schedules with demand forecasts to prevent overproduction or shortages.Implementing material handling to flow materials efficiently to the point of use exactly when needed.Streamlining material flow to reduce raw material costs, storage expenses, and waste.Data Analysis and ForecastingUsing analytics to predict demand, identify trends,
and improve efficiency.Developing and setting up material flow in ERP/MRP to enforce supply chain processes from quote to cash.Supply Chain Risk ManagementIdentifying potential supply chain disruptions and implementing mitigation strategies to enable quick adaptation to market changes and mitigate supplier disruptions.Sustainability and ComplianceEnsuring operations meet regulatory standards and adopting practices to reduce waste and environmental impact.Customer SatisfactionEnsuring timely delivery and consistent product quality to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.What we need from youEducational Background : A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field or equivalent combined experience.Industry Experience : Hands‐on experience in manufacturing supply chain operations.Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of software systems like NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, ERP platforms, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Analytical and Problem‐Solving Skills : Ability to interpret data, optimize processes, and resolve operational challenges.Leadership and CommunicationManaging cross‐functional teams and coordinating with suppliers, production, and sales departments.Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, staying organized and consistently meeting deadlines.Attention to detail while keeping the big picture in view.Solid interpersonal and communication skills.Aptitude and enthusiasm for improving business processes.Ability to present technical information both verbally and in writing.Team player with a positive work environment.What we will give you$140,000 – $160,000, dependent on experience and qualificationsExtended health and dental benefitsRRSP matching planEducation and training funding opportunitiesSocial functions with the teamPaid time off for personal wellnessOpportunities to move up in your career with ArrowArrow Speed Controls is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
