This position is ideal for an organized professional who can manage multiple shipments, communicate effectively, and keep daily logistics operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily freight movements and deliveries
- Schedule shipments with carriers and partners
- Track shipments and monitor delivery status
- Resolve transportation and scheduling issues
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation
- Communicate with customers and internal teams

Requirements

- 2+ years of logistics or transportation experience
- Knowledge of freight and shipping processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office




- Ability to work effectively under deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TMS or logistics software
- Knowledge of Canadian transportation operations
- Experience working with carriers or 3PL providers
- $52,000–58,000 per year
