• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates• Observe and report physical, emotional,



or cognitive changes• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standardsYou play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.What We’re Looking For:
