Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Machine Operator for an opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for individuals with previous assembly or production experience who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

As an Associate Machine Operator, you will support production operations by assembling components, operating equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet established manufacturing standards.

Pay Rate: $24.17/hour

Shift: Night | 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing equipment and support production processes.
- Produce components for cartridge assembly according to production specifications.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and documented procedures are met.
- Identify and report quality issues, material concerns, and production trends.
- Complete material changes and production adjustments as required.
- Accurately record production and quality data in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).




- Follow established manufacturing procedures and respond appropriately to process deviations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement, productivity, and quality initiatives.
- Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Canadian education or WES equivalency verification required).
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and precisely.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
