Overview

Rosette Makers hand-crafts premium rosettes and award ribbons for horse and dog shows across North America. Every order is custom-made to the client's colours and classes, and most are ready in 1–2 weeks.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to keep our workshop running smoothly. You'll make sure every order moves from intake to delivery on time and to our quality standards. You'll work alongside our Operations Manager and two co-op students in a small, hands-on team.

Duties

- Manage the production schedule for incoming orders
- Inspect ribbons and components for quality at every stage of production
- Make sure orders are packed and delivered before their deadlines
- Support ribbon production as needed
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and co-op students to keep work moving

- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and able to juggle several orders at once
- Keen attention to detail
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a small production setting

Job details

- Full-time, permanent
- $20/hr
- Monday to Friday, 10 am–6 pm, with some flexibility
- Location: near Willowdale Ave and Empress Ave, North York
- Start date: immediately
