Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance Supervisor or Delegate performs preventative maintenance, demand maintenance, and project work approaching the journeyman level on a variety of equipment and systems. May supervise designated maintenance staff and/or contractors as assigned.

Travel may be a requirement of this position. If applicable,



transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority in accordance with the service assignment and the incumbent must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training And Experience

Grade 10, and four years recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid BC Driver's License.

- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
