Role Description The Manager role at RED ROCK PIZZA is a full time, on-site position located in Canmore, AB. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift supervision, and ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination. The Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service, responding to customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly.

The role includes overseeing cash handling and basic financial reporting, monitoring inventory and supply orders, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The Manager also supports staff training, performance feedback,



and team communication to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant management, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution, communication, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment, including scheduling, inventory monitoring, and basic financial oversight.
- Knowledge of food safety, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards, with commitment to compliance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day tasks.
- Comfort working on-site, including standing for extended periods and assisting with hands-on operational duties as needed.
- Previous supervisory experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills; industry-related training or education is an asset.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
