Harris Meats & Groceries is a local staple in Winnipeg. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality cuts and exceptional service to our community. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at our Arlington Street location.

What You Will Do:

- Cut, trim, bone, and portion meat (beef, pork, poultry) according to company standards and customer requests.
- Operate standard industry equipment safely, including bandsaws, meat grinders, and slicers.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Receive, inspect, and stock meat deliveries, ensuring optimal inventory rotation.
- Provide friendly service to customers at the counter, answering questions about different cuts and preparation methods.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full time Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- meat cutting: 1 year (preferred)
