Clinic hours are Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. This role is scheduled anywhere within those hours. You will work opening shifts, closing shifts, or both, depending on the needs of the clinic, and closing shifts end at 8:00 pm. Weekends, including Sundays, are required on an ongoing basis and may change when more staff is hired in the future.

Boxxed Aesthetics & Wellness is a new luxury medical aesthetics and wellness clinic founded and led by a Registered Nurse and Lead Injector, with a double-doctorate Nurse Practitioner as Medical Director. Our flagship clinic at 211 Sam Miller Way in Stouffville is brand new, and so is everything in it: the space, the brand, and the technology you will work with every day, including the Geneo X® platform for OxyGeneo™ facials and RF skin tightening, the NOON® Aesthetics professional peel system, the Dp4 microneedling system, and an Aerolase® Neo Elite laser. No tired equipment, no rushed 30-minute slots, no pressure-selling scripts.

This is a founding team position. You are our first aesthetician. You will help define the treatment experience from day one, and as we grow, the people who grew with us come first.

The role

You will be the face of our skin treatment program: delivering results-driven treatments, guiding patients on their skin health, and working alongside our nursing team in a genuinely medical setting. Unhurried appointments are our standard, not a luxury.

What you will do

You will be trained on every procedure, every device we use, and our EMR, through our device and product partners and our nursing team, before you perform it on a patient. Nobody is expected to walk in already knowing our platforms.

Treatments

- OxyGeneo™ Super Facials on the Geneo X® platform: the full 3-in-1 treatment, the OxyGeneo™ Glow Facial, and RF Facial Skin Tightening, selecting the right OxyPod for each patient's skin
- Professional chemical peels with the NOON® Aesthetics system (glycolic, pyruvic, salicylic, and Jessner-type peels) on the face, neck, décolletage, back, and hands, including peel series and in-clinic protocol steps




- Microneedling on the Dp4 system: hyaluronic acid microneedling, microneedling with PDRN Finish or Exosome Finish, and PRP microneedling (PRP is drawn and prepared by our nurses)
- Laser treatments on the Aerolase® Neo Elite once trained and, where required, delegated: skin rejuvenation and tightening, acne, pigment, redness and vascular concerns, and laser hair removal

Consultations and skincare

- Skin health consultations: medical and skincare history, contraindication screening, skin analysis, and a written treatment and home-care plan
- Pre- and post-treatment education, including aftercare instructions and follow-up
- Honest medical-grade skincare recommendations (NOON® Aesthetics, Colorescience®, e11ement) based on what the patient's skin actually needs
- Knowing when a patient needs the nurse or the medical director instead, and escalating without hesitation

Clinic standards

- Consent, charting, and clinical photography in our EMR (Aesthetic Record) for every treatment
- Treatment room preparation, turnover, sterilization, and infection prevention worthy of a medical clinic
- Tracking treatment supplies and product stock for your room
- Contributing to clinic content on your own Boxxed social media account, created on paid time
- Working alongside the front desk and nursing team on combined treatment pathways

What we are looking for

- Diploma from a recognized esthetics or medical aesthetics program (required)
- Hands-on experience performing chemical peels and microneedling independently in a clinic or medical spa setting
- Fluent, confident spoken English. You will be running patient consultations and explaining treatments, risks, and aftercare (required)
- Experience with OxyGeneo™, NOON® Aesthetics, or laser platforms is a strong asset.



Full training is provided through our device partners, so a great aesthetician without this experience should still apply
- Genuine skin knowledge: you can read a skin type, explain your reasoning, and know when something needs a nurse or the medical director instead
- Warm, polished, and comfortable in a luxury patient-facing setting
- Reliable commute to Stouffville

Pay and perks

- $22 to $27 per hour based on experience, with a contractual increase after a successful 3-month review
- Commission on every treatment you personally perform (10% or 7% depending on the COG's of treatment)
- 10% commission on retail skincare you recommend
