This role helps keep our residential and commercial properties safe, comfortable, and well maintained by completing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and seasonal grounds work. and site clean-up.Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.Use PM Worx to manage work orders and preventative maintenance schedules.Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.Identify and report hazards, safety concerns, and maintenance issues.Follow all safety, environmental, infection control, and emergency preparedness procedures.Participate in inspections, emergency exercises, and fire and safety initiatives.Communicate repair timelines and updates clearly to residents, guests, tenants, and team members.About YouIn addition to placing high value on collaboration, accountability, and service excellence, you bring a practical, dependable, and solutions-focused approach to maintaining safe, comfortable, and well-maintained spaces.
