Responsibilities:
Document preparation and production (correspondence, legal documents, presentations, etc.).
Opening, updating, and maintaining files.
Managing calendars, monitoring deadlines, and scheduling meetings.
Assisting with billing, time entry, and expense reports.

What you bring:
Min. 4 years in solicitor practice in any area that would fall under business law umbrella (corporate, securities, banking, financial services, commercial real estate, tax, etc.).
Graduate of an accredited Legal Assistant program, or equivalent.
