We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team. Responsibilities
Manage transportation activities utilizing transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
Oversee procurement and sourcing activities related to freight, packaging materials, and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers to optimize costs and service levels.
Collaborate with warehouse teams on inventory control, warehouse management system (WMS) updates, and process enhancements for order fulfillment.
Support shipping schedules by coordinating freight arrangements, managing carrier relationships,



and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, preparing BOL's, delivery slips and custom documents.
Assist in implementing process improvements within the supply chain to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics coordination, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of BOL's, delivery slips, custom documents.
Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding, 3PL coordination, and shipping & receiving procedures.
