Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation excellence
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients for service
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and robust work ethic
Basic serving skills or experience working in a food industry setting is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
