We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours




Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, especially in a kitchen setting
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
Familiarity with serving protocols and meal presentation standards
Experience working in the food industry demonstrates an understanding of fast-paced service demands
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
