Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and building fixtures with precision and care
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing urgent issues
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed
Ensure all work areas are kept clean,
organized, and compliant with safety standards
Collaborate with team members to coordinate larger repair projects or upgrades when necessary
Qualifications
Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work within commercial or residential settings
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and basic carpentry techniques
Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
