Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring cleanliness
Carry out basic site tasks such as lifting, and moving materials under supervision




Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace for everyone
Help with site cleanup at the end of each day to ensure a tidy and protected workspace
Perform routine inspections and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Skills
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor throughout the workday
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team
Good communication skills for clear understanding of tasks and safety procedures
Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Reliable attendance record with a proactive attitude toward work responsibilities
Nice-to-have: prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is advantageous but not required
