Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate housekeeper/care assistant to support and provide personalized in home elderly care.

Duties
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support for residents with diverse needs
Provide medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a hygienic workplace
Monitor health status, report changes to family or healthcare professionals, and assist with basic nursing tasks when necessary
Heavy lifting may be required to safely move or assist residents with mobility challenges

Experience
Prior assisted living or home care experience is highly preferred
Background in patient care, nursing home work,



or senior care enhances your suitability for this role
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is advantageous
Familiarity with hospice care principles and caregiving best practices is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Proven skills in meal preparation, medication administration, and maintaining a clean living space
Compassionate attitude combined with solid communication skills to connect effectively with residents

Pay: $22.00-$24.50 per hour
