Palmyra Mediterranean Grill is a busy Mediterranean restaurant in Surrey serving shawarma, kebabs, plates, wraps, salads, and other Middle Eastern dishes. We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team and help with daily restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and portion food
Assist with general kitchen prep
Assemble and package customer orders
Assist with food expo
Take customer orders and use the cash register when needed
Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized
Restock food and supplies as needed
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Experience with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern food is an asset. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, works well with a team, and is comfortable in a busy restaurant workplace.
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
Work Location: In person
