Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic cooking under supervision.
Support the kitchen team by maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes, cookware, and utensils during service hours.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
Help with food service operations by setting up stations, serving guests when needed, and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
Maintain organization of storage areas, ensuring ingredients and supplies are properly stored and rotated.




Adhere to all health regulations, safety protocols, and company policies to promote a protected working environment.

Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued.
Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
Experience in food preparation or cooking can enhance your ability to support the culinary team effectively.
Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in food service environments is beneficial.
Prior hotel or food service experience can provide a strong foundation for success in this role.
