Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes to ensure timely meal service
Support cooking activities by following recipes and instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors
Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices in line with food safety regulations
Serve food to guests or staff efficiently and courteously, maintaining a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, equipment, and dining areas throughout your shift
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs or shortages




Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a protected working environment for everyone in the kitchen

Skills
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, qualified attitude towards guests and team members
Familiarity with kitchen safety standards and hygiene practices in the food industry
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
