We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KG to Grade 12 tutor to inspire and support students across a wide age range in their academic journey. Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for students from kindergarten through grade 12
Deliver engaging tutoring sessions that clarify concepts, reinforce skills, and encourage active participation
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement
Communicate effectively with students to motivate and build their confidence in their abilities
Collaborate with parents, teachers, or guardians to discuss student progress and address any learning challenges
Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, student achievements,



and areas needing further support
Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes curiosity and a love for learning

Skills
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students across various grade levels from kindergarten to grade 12
Solid communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate learners of all ages
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
Experience working with children and understanding developmental stages relevant to different age groups
Classroom experience or previous educational roles that demonstrate instructional competence
Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire confidence in students
Excellent organizational skills for planning lessons and tracking student progress
