Canada Life is seeking a Director, Client Growth & Engagement within the CAS, reporting to the AVP Advantages & Insurance. The role drives growth, engagement and client experience across the Perks & Insurance journey, turning funnel insights into actionable steps.

You will lead campaigns, journeys and engagement strategies, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams, and measure impact to elevate client value and retention. 7+ years of senior leadership in related fields is expected.
