We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform & GenAI Developer to build intelligent business applications, automate enterprise workflows, and develop AI-powered solutions. The role combines Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, large language models, database technologies, and enterprise API integrations to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards and business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, Claude, and other LLM technologies.
- Create AI assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions leveraging GenAI.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM outputs for business use cases.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, Web Services, and Connectors.
- Develop and optimize Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and SQL Queries.
- Design data models and integrate solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and cloud data sources.




- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining security, governance, and performance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Solid development experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Practical experience developing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI GPT Models, and Anthropic Claude.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent development.
- Experience working with SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Views, database design, and data modeling.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs and API-based solutions.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Fabric.
- Python experience for AI integrations.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of RAG concepts, LLM integration and fine-tuning concepts, and AI-powered workflow automation.
