Transparent Destination Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead the morning shift (6:30am–3:00pm) at our Ontario facility. You will oversee health and safety, operational performance and customer relations, while guiding continuous improvement and people development.
You will schedule labor, coordinate picking/packing, monitor KPIs, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain a safe, efficient environment. The ideal candidate has distribution and supervisory experience in a fast-paced 3PL setting.
