As the Mountain Sports School Assistant Manager, you will ensure the smooth and effective running of daily operations while supporting managerial tasks.
Your knowledge and experience in skiing and leadership will drive the department's success. This role requires the ability to thrive in all weather conditions while delivering outstanding service to guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Mountain Sports School
- Coordinate lesson, bookings, and staffing
- Supervise and train staff throughout the season
- Manage payroll and human resources functions
- Respond proactively to guest service inquiries Requirements:
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Minimum Level 2 instructor certification required
- Two seasons as a ski or snowboard instructor
- Supervisory experience in a similar workplace preferred
