Technology Associate - Next Generation Talent Program (June 2027 Start) To support Canadian Tire’s long-term technology talent strategy, the Next Generation Talent (NGT) Program is a rotational program designed for new graduates. Through three progressive rotations, Technology Associates gain hands-on experience across a variety of roles, technologies, and delivery teams, accelerating their growth into well-rounded technology professionals. What You’ll Do: As a Technology Associate in Canadian Tire’s Next Generation Talent Program, you’ll build broad technical expertise and a strong foundation in core technology principles. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to apply agile methodologies, leverage emerging technologies, and support business processes that drive meaningful digital innovation.

Throughout the program, you’ll contribute to initiatives that help teams work smarter and improve how we serve and connect with our customers. This program is designed to place you at the forefront of digital evolution in retail while preparing you for long-term career growth within Canadian Tire’s technology organization. Technology Rotations: All rotations fall within the IT function, with opportunities to gain experience and exposure in areas such as:

Digital, eCommerce, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Banking, and other Business Platforms AI & Technology Platforms including Cloud Computing, Automation and Data Technology* Development and Quality Engineering* Automation & Machine Learning* Cyber Security* Technology GovernanceWho You Are: We’re looking for students who have graduated in Fall 2026 or expect to graduate by Spring 2027 and are excited to start full-time in June 2027.
