Shifts - part time minimum 2 shifts per week

Summing it up The Night Auditor is a hospitality pro. They are responsible for various interactions with guests, including preparing charges, keys, receiving payments and managing reservations. Night Auditors are responsive and encourage a welcoming, solutions-focused environment for our guests.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee the night operations of the front desk.
- Take reservations, package bookings, guest arrivals and departures in a professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enter data, maintain records and launch reports and financial statements.
- Perform routine security checks of the property.
- Be knowledgeable of industry partners to offer a variety of service options to our guests.




- Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process.
- Laundry duties as needed.

Who you are

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset.
- Must be available Friday and Saturday nights.
- Flexible schedule
- Able to work alone
- Enthusiastic and energetic individual who is comfortable in a variety of situations.
- A service driven individual dedicated to providing all guests and owners with outstanding and consistent service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word an asset.
