Minute Notary is a platform built to seamlessly connect clients with qualified notary public and commissioning professionals. We are expanding our network of Contract Signing Agents & Commissioners across Toronto and Mississauga to handle both virtual commissioning sessions and mobile, in-person appointments.
As a network provider, you will have the flexibility to accept appointments that fit your schedule while connecting directly with clients in your area through our platform.
Overview of Services
1. Virtual Commissioning
- Conduct live audio-video commissioning sessions in accordance with Law Society of Ontario (LSO) guidelines and O. Reg. 431/20.
- Administer oaths, affirmations, and statutory declarations remotely (e.g., OSAP forms, travel consent letters, common-law affidavits).
- Verify client identities via government-issued photo ID over secure video.
2. Mobile & In-Person Signing Agent Services
- Travel to client locations (residences, offices, healthcare facilities, or agreed meeting spots) throughout Toronto and Mississauga.
- Execute in-person notarizations requiring wet-ink signatures,
notary seals, and true copy certifications.
- Witness and notarize documents requiring physical presence, such as powers of attorney, wills, affidavits, and real estate papers.
- Review completed documents in office to ensure all required signatures, dates, and stamps are accurate.
Qualifications & Requirements Licensure: Active Paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) in good standing.
Appointments: Appointed Notary Public.
Insurance: Active Errors & Omissions (E&O;) insurance.
Mobility: Reliable transportation to travel to client appointments across Toronto and Mississauga.
Virtual Setup: High-speed internet, secure video capabilities, and access to mobile printing/scanning.
Flexibility: Freedom to accept appointments based on your own availability.
