Under the direction of the Assistant Director, your responsibilities will include developing and supervising training activities, assisting teachers with pedagogical strategies, and ensuring effective classroom management. You will also engage in workplace internship planning and contribute to implementing current vocational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers with module planning and evaluation techniques
- Organize and supervise vocational training activities
- Conduct research and keep up with educational trends
- Plan and manage student internship programs
- Collaborate on new vocational teaching programs Requirements:
- Fluency in two of the following: Inuktitut, English, French
- Minimum of five years in vocational teaching
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of MEQ requirements for vocational education
