WE’RE HIRING! Permanent Full time (1.0 FTE)

In collaboration with other members of the inter-professional environment the N.P. engages with patients to provide primary care services to manage their personalized health care needs through health promotion, disease prevention and illness management. Working to the full scope of the NP role as identified by the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Education, Skills and Requirements:

- Current registration as Registered Nurse in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Completion of a recognized Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program: NP-PHC
- Masters of Nursing or related graduate degree with a clinical focus is an asset
- Completion of an accredited controlled substance course according to CNO standards
- Minimum of 3-5 years NP experience.



Previous primary health care experience
- Independent health care assessment and patient management skills
- Experience working with inter-professional teams
- Demonstrated leadership, communication skills and problem solving abilities
