- Provide dedicated nursing care in outpatient scenarios
- Collaborate with other professionals for optimal patient management
- Handle complex wound care situations




- Use assessments for individualized patient care
- Communicate effectively within the care team Requirements:
- Current valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- BCLS certification
- Recent Outpatient or Surgical Nursing experience
- Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
