Must Have Primary Skills :

- Prosci/ADKAR certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated professional experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives.
- Experience delivering OCM for enterprise-wide or large-scale organizational initiatives.
- Proven experience leading change management activities on IT, technology, digital transformation, or business transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience developing and delivering:
- Change Management Strategies
- Change Management Plans
- Communication Plans
- Sponsor Engagement Plans/ReportsTrainingPlans
- Reinforcement Plans
- Resistance Management
- PlansExperience conducting:

- Robust understanding of the Prosci/ADKAR change management methodology.
- Ability to translate technical and business changes into impacts for employees, stakeholders, and business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and workshop-delivery skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project environment.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Regina, Saskatchewan, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.Ability to provide relevant project examples demonstrating personal responsibilities, deliverables, and contributions.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

- Experience in the natural gas, energy, utilities, or broader regulated infrastructure sector.
- Experience with natural gas transmission and storage organizations.




- Knowledge of IT systems and technology-enabled business transformation.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Experience working within a formal Project Management Office (PMO).
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with organizational transformation involving people, process, and technology.
- Experience developing and improving organizational change management standards and frameworks.
- Experience with knowledge transfer and coaching of project teams or other change practitioners.
- North American professional experience.
- Experience within a large enterprise or Crown/public-sector environment.

Proven Experience In :

- Work with Project Managers, Business Leads, and project teams to understand initiatives and assess the magnitude and impact of organizational change.
- Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies and plans aligned with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
- Identify affected stakeholder groups, anticipated resistance, risks, issues, and change impacts.
- Develop actionable OCM activities and integrate them into overall project plans and timelines.
