- 5+ years of progressively responsible Project Management leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing vendors and contracted services including deliverables, dependencies, and performance
- Experience applying predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches across wide-ranging project types
- Experience working within public-sector, nonprofit, justice, legal-services, or social-services environments

Nice to Have

- Experience related to quality assurance and service delivery initiatives
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects
- Experience supporting technology-enabled initiatives

Responsibilities

- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, transition, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables,

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and status reporting
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and changes
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, change management, testing, training, and readiness activitiesManage vendor-delivered work including onboarding, deliverables, invoices, dependencies, and contractual alignment
- Conduct project close activities including acceptance, transition, financial closure, lessons learned, and benefits handoff
