In this full time position, you will travel between clients' homes to provide essential services such as assisting with personal care, meal prep, and companionship.

- Deliver personal care and hygiene assistance to patients
- Perform several home visits daily for optimal care
- Prepare meals and assist patients with eating

- Proven experience in providing personal care
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is preferred
