Quality Care Cleaners is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented associate to help customers with garment care and alteration requests. This role involves taking measurements and recording alteration instructions; it does not require performing the alterations.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Receive, inspect, tag and organize garments
- Take accurate measurements and document alteration requests
- Process payments, pickups and customer inquiries
- Perform wash-and-fold services
- Iron and finish garments
- Inspect completed orders for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Support other daily operations as required

Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required
- Wash-and-fold and ironing experience is preferred
- Dry-cleaning or garment-care experience is an asset
- Robust communication and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends

Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 24.0 per week
