About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Partnership Development Officer to foster and manage strategic collaborations within Kimberley and across the Northern Cape . This role is vital for expanding our client's reach and impact by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with other organizations, government bodies, and corporate entities that align with our mission. Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with organizational goals.

Develop and implement strategies for building and strengthening partnerships.

Initiate and maintain regular communication with partner organizations in Kimberley .

Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment.

Represent the organization at networking events and partnership forums.

Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships,



reporting on outcomes and impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or stakeholder management, preferably in the non-profit sector .

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse organizations.

Strong understanding of strategic alliances and collaborative frameworks.

Familiarity with the Northern Cape region and its key players is an advantage.
