As a Payroll and Tax Consultant at EMS, you will handle multi-functional responsibilities encompassing payroll issues and tax regulations.

Collaborate effectively with internal partners, tax authorities, and third-party entities to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Your solid analytical skills will help address inquiries and enhance service processes across payroll operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Payroll and Tax matters
- Collaborate on regulatory requirements and enhancements




- Implement SAP Notes and manage testing strategies
- Support quarter-end and year-end payroll processes
- Provide accurate responses to tax agency communications Requirements:
- At least five years of payroll experience across states
- Testing experience preferred (3-5 years)
- Knowledgeable in payroll and tax laws
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
