Fraser Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse, Transition Line (Specialty Nursing) for the Surrey Memorial Hospital perinatal unit. The role focuses on direct patient care during intra-, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum periods within the Maternal - Infant - Child & Youth (MICY) program.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in a cooperative inter-professional team, support families, and participate in education and discharge planning.
