Nova Doors and Windows in Halifax is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a nine-person sales team and drive a data-driven sales process across the Halifax area and broader Nova Scotia market.
You will coach staff, optimize end-to-end sales, collaborate with production and installation, and represent the company at trade shows. This is a permanent, full time role based in Halifax with regular travel.
