Duties
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable styles and treatments
Perform skilled haircuts, coloring, styling, blowouts, and special occasion updos with precision and artistry
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfort
Upsell hair care products, styling tools, and salon services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments efficiently




Educate clients on proper hair care routines and recommend retail products tailored to their hair type and needs
Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel valued and eager to return

Skills
Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with a keen eye for detail
Exceptional customer service skills that create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic salon environment
Ability to effectively communicate style options and product recommendations to diverse clients
Solid retail sales skills with an aptitude for upselling complementary products and services
Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk while providing attentive service

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
