We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join our Team! In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace for children with diverse needs. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement individualized support plans for children with special needs
Assist in creating an inclusive classroom setting that promotes participation and engagement for all students
Support a child during classroom activities, ensuring they have the necessary accommodations and assistance
Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions
Maintain a safe, positive,



and nurturing atmosphere that encourages confidence and independence among children

Requirements
Preferred prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood or one on one support but not required
Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, children, and families
Passion for fostering inclusive environments that celebrate diversity and promote equal opportunities for all children
First aid & CPR completed
Clean Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
Clean Social Development Check

Pay: $18.95-$27.79 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
