MMi Electrical is a growing electrical service company looking for a full‑time Customer Care & Office Coordinator to become the friendly voice of our company.

This is much more than an office position. We're looking for someone who loves building relationships with customers, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts organized.

As the first point of contact for our customers,



you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from their first phone call through to job completion and follow-up.

What we're looking for:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A positive, friendly, and professional phone manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Ability to adapt as priorities change throughout the dayMinimum 5 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of QuickBooks Online would be great
- Confidence managing customer communication, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up
