Responsibilities
Design and deliver personalized guitar lessons tailored to each student’s skill level, interests, and learning style
Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages students to explore their musical potential
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Prepare lesson plans that incorporate technical exercises, repertoire development, and music theory fundamentals
Foster a protected and inclusive classroom environment, especially when working with children or early learners
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans




Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate student achievements and areas for improvement

Qualifications
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching guitar to diverse age groups
Robust knowledge of guitar techniques, music theory, and repertoire across various genres
Experience working with children and understanding early childhood education principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that balance technical skill-building with fun and creativity
Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for teaching is essential
Additional skills such as basic cooking or classroom management are a plus but not mandatory
